About AISHE
To portray the status of higher education in India, the Ministry of Human Resource Development conducts an annual web-based All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) since 2010-11. The survey covers institutions across the country that provide higher education.

Purpose & Use
These indicators help policymakers and researchers make informed decisions and create development strategies for the education sector. AISHE data is instrumental for planning, monitoring, and research.
Samadhan College has constituted an AISHE cell (2012-13) to collect and upload institutional data annually via the AISHE Data Capture Form (DCF).
College Responsibilities
- Collect data from departments/offices on teachers, students, enrollment, results, finance, infrastructure, and hostels.
- Process and validate collected data for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload the final Data Capture Form (DCF) on the AISHE portal each year.
